    Unfortunately I live in California, and Real Estate laws vary by state, but pay 2000.00 dlls in your pocket every month, just to keep a house, I do not loharia definitely looking for a Goods and Estate Agent in your area may be New Jersey and tell him that you put the house on sale in Shosrt out, please yque me explain everything in detail, because as I say the laeyes may be different here and there, I do not say you do, but I would not go in your place by paying, not worth it, better save your money and investigates whether in NJ have what they call "Judicial Foreclosure" where you have to go to court. and please come and tell me, I want to know your case or if you can not find an agent, I get it, just let me know and luck

    The price of the house is a separate and will need about 3% for closing costs
